How the Nigerian Youth Academy works

NiYA was built with the initial goal - 1 Youth, 2 Skills

Picture this - a young Nigerian living in one of our cities far away, wakes up each and cannot find work or business to do. The Youth learns how to shoot videos but does not understand sales or marketing or social media. That youth 

    1. We researched the set of skills that Nigerian Youths need for their personal growth, careers, business and financial success. We observed that these skills can be taught easily. We focused especially on the skills that a Young person can have to quickly start earning. For example - if you can design business plans for businesses, people can hire you and you make N20,000.00 or even N50,000 - N100,000 or much more for each business plan you do.
